How often should my pup be groomed?

We recommend a regular grooming schedule of 4-6 weeks depending on your pup's coat, groom and your lifestyle.

When should I start grooming my puppy?

We love puppies and recommend that they have their first groom as soon as they have had all their vaccinations - go to our grooming page for more info on Puppy Tidies.

What should I bring with me?

Just your gorgeous pup of course and a well fitting collar/harness and lead, we supply everything else. If your pup has specialty products recommended by your vet feel free to bring those along for us to use.

I'm worried about my pup's behaviour during their appointment.

No need to worry, we will ask you to complete a New Client Form prior to the appointment so you can note down any health or behavioural concerns you have and our team can accomodate accordingly.

Where will my dog stay during their appointment?

We're primarily a cage free environment and allows pups to socialise with each other during their appointment however we do have crates available for pups who are crate trained and prefer their own space, just let us know if you have a preference at check-in.
